The QR Validation System is a national system adopted by all Jordanian government entities to ensure the authenticity and integrity of official documents by embedding a secure, encrypted QR code that links each document to its source system. This QR code can be instantly scanned and verified through the SANAD application, allowing citizens and organizations to confirm document validity in real time. Managed under the supervision of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship (MoDEE), the system provides a unified and interoperable verification framework across all ministries and agencies, reducing fraud, manual verification, and administrative overhead. Through cryptographic signing, centralized validation APIs, and full integration with existing government platforms, the solution enhances transparency, trust, and efficiency, reinforcing Jordan’s national digital transformation strategy and commitment to a secure.

نظام التحقق بالرمز الإلكتروني (QR)
يُعد نظام التحقق بالرمز الإلكتروني (QR) نظاماً وطنياً معتمداً من جميع الجهات الحكومية في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، يهدف إلى ضمان موثوقية وسلامة الوثائق الرسمية من خلال تضمينها رمز QR آمن ومشفّر يربط كل وثيقة بنظامها الأصلي

يمكن مسح هذا الرمز والتحقق منه فوراً عبر تطبيق سند (SANAD)، مما يتيح للمواطنين والمؤسسات التأكد من صحة الوثائق بشكل فوري وسهل

ويُدار النظام تحت إشراف وزارة الاقتصاد الرقمي والريادة (MoDEE)، حيث يوفر إطار تحقق موحّداً وقابلاً للتكامل بين جميع الوزارات والدوائر الحكومية، مما يقلل من حالات التزوير، ويحد من الحاجة للتحقق اليدوي، ويخفض الأعباء الإدارية

ومن خلال استخدام التوقيع التشفيري وواجهات برمجة التحقق المركزية (APIs) والدمج الكامل مع المنصات الحكومية القائمة، يسهم النظام في تعزيز الشفافية والثقة والكفاءة التشغيلية، داعماً استراتيجية التحول الرقمي الوطني والتزام الأردن ببناء مستقبل رقمي آمن ومترابط
